Our solar system is not only there to generate electricity for the hotel’s air-conditioning systems. It plays an even bigger role by using surplus electricity to heat the domestic water. This enables us to provide CO2-neutral hot water and do our bit for the environment. By using solar energy efficiently, we can significantly reduce our ecological footprint while providing our guests with the comfort they expect. Since installing our solar panels, we have already produced 20105 kWh of clean electricity and saved 11741 tons of CO2 emissions.
Transfer / Transport
To promote the use of electric vehicles, we have set up a charging station. This initiative is an important step in reducing the use of fossil fuel vehicles and promoting the transition to sustainable mobility.
In addition, we offer discounted tickets for the city’s public transport. With this, we want to encourage our guests to leave the car behind and choose environmentally friendly alternatives. With a well-developed transport infrastructure close to us, you can explore the city in a comfortable and environmentally friendly way. You can request your tickets directly at the reception.
For those who like to travel on two wheels, we also offer bicycle spaces.
Food handling
We place great value on regional products and food. By working with local farmers and producers, we not only support the local economy, but also reduce transport and the associated emissions. Our buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious local produce.
To meet the needs of our guests, we also offer a diverse selection of vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
