Cancellations and refunds
Standard Rate
- This reservation is not cancelable, changeable or refundable.
- Payment: You accept that the full price of the stay is due directly at the time of reservation and will be charged to the selected payment method. After that, no changes can be made to the reservation. Deposits or prepayments are not refundable if the reservation is changed or canceled, or if there is no arrival.
Preferred Rate
- This reservation can be canceled free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- Payment: You accept that the full price of the stay is due 3 days before arrival and will be charged to the chosen payment method. After that, no changes can be made to the reservation. Deposits or prepayments are not refundable if the reservation is changed or canceled, or if there is no arrival.
Most flexible Rate
- This reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
- Payment: At 18:00 on the day of arrival a pre-authorization of the chosen payment method will be made. In case of later cancellation, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price and in case of no-show 100% of the total price will be charged.

- Parking in underground garage: 16 euros per room/day; underground garage with Tesla e-charging station: 25 euros per room/day
- Air conditioning: 20 euros per room/day
- Breakfast: 17 euros per person/day; for children up to 12 years – free of charge.
- Breakfast can be booked by overnight guests as well as by visitors
