The Olympic Park, originally built for the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, offers fun and entertainment for young and old on 85 ha. World stars such as Queen, Elton John & Hans Zimmer perform in the park. At the same time, it provides the backdrop for sporting events such as the 6-Day Race or the action sports festival MASH. Visitors can explore the park on their own or on guided tours (e.g. over the tent roof of the Olympiastadion).

Nymphenburg Palace – for centuries the summer residence of the Wittelsbach dynasty – with its 180 hectare park is located in the west of Munich in the district of Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The park alone is worth a visit with an extensive walk. The two tenant restaurants “Schlosscafé im Palmenhaus” and “Schlosswirtschaft Schwaige” cater for your physical well-being. And the castle itself can also be visited.
